トランザクロス・ヴィピー社の経営理念は会社名に込められています。
Transcend 超越する ＋　Across 向こう側に = TransAcross ＝　常識を・ボーダーを・バリアーを・そして限界を「超えて行く」

大きな宇宙の中で、人間一人に与えられた時間はとても少ない。
では何のために生を受けたのか？　
人はそれぞれの命の中でどれだけ進化できるか、という命題を与えられてきたものと思う。それぞれの人は個性や能力は皆違う。向かう方向性も違う。価値観も違う。そもそも出発点さえも一人一人違う。
その中で個々がそれぞれのベストを尽くし限られた時間の中で進化する事が大切な事であり、生を受けた意味がある。

会社という法人格も、そこで働く一人一人の努力で成長して会社としてTransAcross し続けて行く事が目標となります。その意味では今ある仕事を誠実にやり遂げる事はもちろんの事、仕事から学びさらにその先へと成長・発展させていく事が一人一人にとっても会社にとっても目指す方向となります。

In the great universe history, the time given to one human being is very small.
Then why did we deserve to be here ?
What is the meaning of each life gifted to everyone.
Each person has different personality and ability. The direction of heading, sense of Value are also different. Starting points of each and every one are also different.
Among them, it is important for each individual to do their ultimate best and evolve oneself in a limited time, meaning that we have gifted genuine life.

The goal of the company is to transacross it continuously as a corporation by growing with the effort of each staff member here. In that sense, it is a direction for both the individual and the company to learn from the work as well as to do things in from of us faithfully, to grow and develop further to the future.
